Do you have to lowering kit or parts already? Once you do it you may have to do recon sticker or many shops will not do safety check for you. You can try Island Brake and Alignment off of Kamehameha Highway in the Waimalu area. I think they can do the suspension install. Then do an alignment which is always recommended after the lowering but wait a week or two to let the suspension settle.
Better be ready to replace your ball joints also, pitman/idler arm if not already done, tie rods etc.
